Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

Contractual Partner

The purchase agreement is concluded with ASM Commerce – FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Conclusion of Contract

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

Delivery Conditions

We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are shown separately. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (prepayment), Apple Pay.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Liability

We shall only be liable for claims for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dubai.
